This Privacy Notice is prepared under Art. 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you how ByAli Home processes your personal data.

2. Personal Data We Process
- Identity & contact: name, phone, e-mail, delivery/billing address.
- Customer activity: order history, cart, favourites, request/complaint records.
- Transaction security: IP address, session data, cookie data.
- Billing/finance: invoice details; for corporate invoices, company name and tax details. (Card data is never stored by us; it is processed by the payment institution.)
3. Purposes of Processing
- Creating orders, collecting payment, delivering products and after-sales support.
- Issuing invoices and fulfilling legal obligations (tax, commercial law).
- Membership operations, account security and handling requests/complaints.
- Where you give explicit consent, sending campaign, discount and new-product information by e-mail/SMS/WhatsApp.
4. Legal Grounds (KVKK Art. 5)
- Necessity for the conclusion/performance of a contract (order and delivery).
- Compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, retention periods).
- Legitimate interest (service security and improvement).
- Explicit consent for marketing messages.
5. Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred, only as required to deliver the service and in accordance with KVKK Art. 8-9, to: courier/logistics firms (delivery), the payment institution (iyzico), e-mail/SMS/WhatsApp providers, accounting/e-invoice providers, and competent public authorities (on lawful request). Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing.
6. Retention
Your data is retained for as long as required by the purpose and applicable legislation (e.g. statutory periods for commercial and financial records); at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, request deletion/destruction, request restriction of processing, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
To exercise these rights, send your requests to info@byalihome.com. Your application is concluded within 30 days at the latest.
