- What are your art prints made of?
- Posters are printed on 300 gsm premium semi-matte photo paper with genuine HP pigment inks — high colour accuracy and long lasting. Every wooden frame option includes a shatter-resistant clear PVC panel, a durable backing board and a ready-to-use hanging fixture. Materials and production details
- Is there glass in the frame?
- No. Instead of glass we use a shatter-resistant clear PVC panel. It cannot break in transit, it is safer in homes with children, and it keeps the piece lighter.
- Which sizes do you produce?
- Framed prints come in 30×40, 40×50, 50×70 and 61×91 cm. Wooden wall objects have their own sizes: 150×87, 190×110 and 240×140 cm.
- Which frame colours are available?
- Black, white, oak and walnut. You choose the size and colour on the product page.
- How are the wooden wall objects made?
- They are CNC laser cut and assembled layer by layer. The lines on the surface are not printed — they are the cut marks of the wood itself, and the depth comes from stacked layers rather than paint. It is a frameless wall object: no glass, no mat board, no poster. Wooden wall object details
- Do you sell the pieces of a 3-piece set separately?
- Sets are designed as a whole and sold as a set on the site. If you would like a single piece, message us on WhatsApp and we will prepare it separately where possible.
- Do you ship from stock?
- No, every item is made to order. Each piece is printed fresh for you, in the size and frame combination you choose.
- How long does my order take?
- Production takes 3–8 business days and shipping takes 1–3 business days.
- Who makes the products?
- All printing and assembly is done in our own workshop. We have been producing since 2019.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is free, with no minimum order amount.
- How are the products packaged?
- Each piece is wrapped with protected corners and placed in a sturdy box. Because we do not use glass, the risk of breakage is removed from the start; the padding inside the box also keeps the item from shifting in transit. Sets ship in a single box with dividers between the pieces.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- At the moment we accept bank transfer (havale/EFT). Bank details are sent to you after your order. (Card payment is coming soon.)
- Can I return my order?
- Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, reach us on WhatsApp or at info@byalihome.com. Returns & exchange terms
- Who pays for return shipping?
- We do. When you send us your return request on WhatsApp or at info@byalihome.com, we share the contracted courier details with you and you send the item with that courier at no cost to you.
- What should I do if the item arrives damaged or incorrect?
- Before opening the box, take a photo and send it to us on WhatsApp. For product defects or shipping damage, all exchange and return costs are ours.
- Do I need to buy anything extra to hang the piece?
- No. A ready-to-use hanging fixture is attached to the back of every frame.
- How do I mount a wooden wall object?
- The pieces arrive with adhesive strips already applied to the back, and a paper template is included in the box. Hold the template against the wall to set the position, then place the pieces in order — no tools or screws needed. It works best on a flat, clean surface.
- Do you sell wholesale?
- Yes. We offer special pricing for hotels, offices, cafés and project-based bulk orders. Since pricing depends on quantity, size and frame choice, we work with individual quotes. Send us your requirements on WhatsApp and we will prepare a quote for you.
- Do you issue invoices?
- Yes, an invoice is issued for every order. You can state your individual or corporate invoice details during checkout.
- Will the colours match exactly what I see?
- Product images may show slight tonal differences from the real colours depending on your screen settings. With wooden products, the natural grain also makes each piece unique.
- Do you have a store I can visit?
- We do not have a store open to visitors; all our sales are made through byalihome.com.
