Returns and Exchanges

At ByAli Home, your satisfaction matters. Below you will find your right of withdrawal and the terms and process for returns and exchanges, in line with Turkish Law no. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Send your request to info@byalihome.com or call 0531 425 67 53.

2. Return Conditions

The product must be unused, unwashed and in resalable condition.
It must be returned with its original packaging, all accessories and the invoice.
The product must not have lost value through improper use; the Buyer is liable for any loss of value caused by their fault.

3. Non-Returnable Products

By their nature, the following are outside the scope of withdrawal and return:

Personalised / bespoke products: artwork printed with a name, date, custom size or custom design, and items prepared to order.
Products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Note: these exceptions do not apply where the product is defective; defective products are always eligible for return/exchange.

4. Exchange

Send size/colour/product exchange requests through the same channels as returns. Depending on stock, either an exchange or a refund is applied.

5. Return Process — Step by Step

Send us your return/exchange request by e-mail or phone, stating your order number.
After approval, pack the product with its invoice and accessories.
Ship it with the contracted courier we indicate.
Once the product reaches us and is checked, we notify you.

6. Refunds

Once approved, the price is refunded via your original payment method (card or bank transfer) within 14 days at the latest.
For card refunds, the amount may take a few days to appear, depending on your bank.

7. Damaged / Wrong Product

If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. In that case shipping and return costs are on us; we will replace the item or refund it.
